Issue a guardianship delegation
An in-person ceremony: the guardian is at the counter with their identity document and their unlocked wallet. Issue the dependent's identity on Issue first, then pair it with this guardian here.
From the dependent's identity ceremony — already filled in when you arrive from it.
Scan the QR on the guardian's own credential screen ("Show my anchor for guardianship setup") with the counter scanner, or paste it. It is not a secret — and it is not the dependent's anchor.
The attestation is recorded against your passkey identity. The service refuses the delegation without it.
- Enter the dependent's issuance event id (a UUID from the identity ceremony).
- Scan or paste the guardian's anchor id from their unlocked wallet (0x and 64 hex characters).
- Choose the relationship this guardian has to the dependent.
- Tick the in-person attestation. The service refuses a delegation without it.
